I am a graduate with a degree in fine art from U.W.I.C. in Cardiff. I live in Storrington in West Sussex.
At university I specialised in a process called stone lithography which I found to be a very exciting medium in which to produce my art work. Stone lithography is a less popular printmaking technique, however I find that it produces results unlike any other printing process that I have used.
I continue to work in other mediums including painting and photography. I was commissioned to paint several murals for GJs Guitar emporium in Storrington both inside and on the front of the shop and also provided the photographs for the shop sign. More recently I created the design for the logo and the sign for the Oddfellows Arms in Pulborough. I also work with a local music producer photographing bands, taking 'head shots' and portraits as wells as doing event and wedding photography. Last autumn I exhibited some of my work at the Ox Market Gallery in Chichester where one of my pieces was highly commended by the judges. I recently sold a piece of work to the Heritage Minister of the Welsh Assembly.
Stone Lithography however remains my passion and I have now set up my own stone lithographic press and studio in order to continue my artistic practice. My work is driven by the belief that fine art should be something which can appeal to peoples visual senses as well as their intellect and I aspire for my art to be accessible to a diverse audience.
